We at iDitch want our services to be enjoyable, interesting and safe for our community User members. These regulatory rules are designed to ensure that our registered user members get a five star rating and an experience
of a lifetime when using the iDitch App. Kindly take a moment to read through these guidelines. They would definitely come in handy someday in whatever capacity you are in.Because whether you’re an artisan or a client
— your decorum matters.


Treat your fellow artisans and customers as you would like to be treated yourself: with respect, It’s common courtesy not to shout or swear around a client or an artisan. For artisans, kindly tidy and clean up after yourself —
whether it’s taking the dirt made during the process of doing a gig service or cleaning up a spilled liquid residue left after a gig is done. This is important, if the customer offers to do the cleaning, insist on doing the cleaning yourself, because it showcases how important you hold your profession in high esteem — Most important of all, remember that when you use the iDitch App and other iDitch services, you will meet people who may look different or think differently from you. Please respect those  differences. We want our registered members to feel welcome and
inclusive when they use our services.


We all value our personal space and privacy. It’s OK to chat with the artisan (service provider), and vice versa, during the process when the gig is in process. But please DO NOT comment on someone’s appearance or ask
whether they are single. As an artisan and a customer, we advice that you refrain from using your phone or mobile device, when at the venue of the gig. If you need to make an emergency phone call, ask, as a courtesy of your client, keep the call short in minutes and be as audible as possible, so the client would feel at ease, and respect their decision if they decline.
Remember you are there to do a gig and depart. And don’t touch the client or artisan in a flirtatious way. As a reminder, in our by laws, iDitch has a no sex rule. That’s no sexual conduct between Artisans and Clients, come
what may.


Everyone values their safety. So please ensure that you follow the local laws. You are in someone else’s domain to perform a service. Make sure that the gig is done with ease and you depart in Peace. Children must be supervised. Only adults can have an iDitch account and become a registered member. If your child is the Customer that needs the iDitch services, a parent or guardian must be present with the child at all times, during the process of the gig being performed.


Feedback and great compliments makes us all feel good. Whether you are an artisan or a client, kindly rate the service gig, as a Client and/or an artisan at the end of a successful gig. Honest feedback helps ensure that everyone is accountable for their behaviors. This accountability creates a respectful, safe environment for both artisans and Clients. And if something happens during the process of a gig — whether it’s the customers fault or the artisans fault, or an argument — make sure to report it by clicking the “HELP” Button in the iDitch app so that our customer support help team can follow up.
The guidelines below helps explain some of the specific kinds of behaviors that may cause you to lose access to the iDitch app and your account may be de-activated and/or terminated.


These policies helps explain the kinds of behaviors that may lead registered members to have their accounts deactivated. Kindly remember that your good behavior is paramount when a gig is in process, do not allow any external behavior or influence to get you off track. iDitch does not allow the consumption of any alcoholic beverages during the gig process.


The way you behave while using the iDitch App can have a big impact on the safety and comfort of both the artisan and the Client, as well as the brand name iDitch. Courtesy matters. That’s why you are expected to exercise good judgment and behave decently towards other people during the gig process, courtesy takes you far.
Here are some reasons why your iDitch User Membership may be deactivated:
• Damaging ‘registered members’ property. For example, intentionally scarring a customer , breaking or vandalizing a phone, intentionally spilling food or drink, smoking, or vomiting due to excessive alcohol consumption, using foul language, smelly dirty clothes, unsanitary location, location not readily prepped for gig, stealing from Clients/
Artisans. Etc…
• Physical contact with the artisan and clients . As our Community Guidelines make clear, you shouldn’t touch or flirt with other registered user members. As a reminder, iDitch has a no sex rule.
That’s no sexual conduct with fellow fellow registered members, no matter what. And you should never hit or otherwise hurt a fellow registered member.
• Use of inappropriate and abusive language or gestures. For example, asking overly personal questions, using verbal threats, and making comments or gestures that are aggressive, sexual, discriminatory, or
• Unwanted contact with the artisan/client during a gig or after the gig is over. For example, texting, calling, or visiting someone in person after a gig has been completed.
• Breaking the local law while using the iDitch app. For example, bringing open containers of alcohol or drugs along to a gig service; or using the iDitch app to commit a crime, including and not limited to the sexual exploitation of children.
If we are made aware of these kinds of problematic behaviors, we will contact you so we can investigate them. Depending on the nature of the concern, we may put a hold on your account during our investigation. If the issues raised are serious or a repeat offense, or you refuse to cooperate, you may lose access to the iDitch app. Any behaviors involving violence, sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity while using the iDitch app or any of our services can result in the immediate loss of access to your account, and The iDitch Technologies Inc, notifying the appropriate law enforcement department.
